TATHMEEN quickened up nicely to win again and land his 3rd race of the year in the 6.00pm at Newcastle this evening. He was 2 1/2 lengths clear at the line and holds an entry with the option to return to Newcastle on Tuesday for a 0-75 grade handicap under a penalty. The race is at 6.45pm and we also have our recent winner Mutabaahy and in form Klopp entered for the race.
Tathmeen seems to enjoy the challenges of Newcastle having now won 5 races over the 5 furlong course. He has however also won at Wolverhampton and has scored 6 times for the yard since Antony shrewdly bought him from Richard Hannon at the Tattersalls sales.
His win tonight gave us our 3rd winner of the week and our 15th for the year to date
